Job Title: Contract Specialist

Reports to: Program Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Reviewing, editing, composing, and interpreting contracts and agreements, including but not limited to Government Contracts, Modifications, BOAs, Purchase Orders, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Memorandum of Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Technical Assistance Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements 

Thoroughly reviewing contractual documents for requirements, accuracy, acceptability, executability, and legal and administrative sufficiency.

Leading complex special assignments and projects within Contracts

Performing contract administration tasks including: changes; GFP/IP reporting; monitoring funding and expenditures; facilitating invoicing; contract closeout; and issue/dispute resolution

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience on all contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.)

Working knowledge and application of the FAR and DFAR

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task; organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects

Excellent computer skills with experience with all Microsoft Office Suite applications
