Logistics and Sustainment Know-How

Building upon the very essence of kitting for cable assemblies, Ace Electronics provides comprehensive logistics and sustainment support to the US Government. We have expanded our core processes to offer these services to our customers. With the inherent logistics know-how to manage our suppliers and materials, you can trust us to make sure that schedules are met and deliveries are made in a timely manner.

Kitting/Installation Kits – The ACE Team has established processes for kitting that have been used and are currently being used on government contracts. Installation kit components enter the facility through receiving where they undergo inspection. If materials pass inspection, they are put into inventory, and from there into staging. Materials are then combined into sub-kits or kits as requirements dictate. All kits go through a final inspection step before being packaged and shipped to the warehouse.
